Basic Building Tax Exemptions:
This exemption is just for firms in the ZFU zone and tho ones with more than 50 employees.
For the companies already existing, the exemption is limited to some sectors of activity or for weak exporters
The exemption runs for 5 years, and it affects the whole tax of the collectivite. The collectives can give their opinion against this.
