Professional Tax Exemptions:
This exemption is not automatic. It is neccesary to apply for them each year.

Exemption for 2 years (following Council deliberation). It can be a parcial or a total exemption Exemption for 2 years for the enterprises with less than 150 employees, with the following limits:
- A million frans for the creation or extension,
- 500.000FF for the enterprises that already exit.
Exemption for 5 years, with the limit of up to 3 millions francs, for the existed enterprises _______________
This exemtion is for enterprises with less yhan 50 emploees.
For the extensions of activities the exemption is just to certain sectors or enterprices with a weak exportation.
